Smokin' Turkey Today

I am following Steven Raichlen's Project Smoke recipe for Citrus-Fennel Turkey Breast. It's been in the smoker for about an hour and is starting to get a golden hue. It'll take longer than his recipe because it's a cool day and the smoker is running a little cool bit I am confident that all will work out in the end.
